The service was great and really appreciative. A worker by the name of Jabed really went above and beyond in making sure i and my wife were well taken care of and I commend his services for that!!

The room wasn’t worth the $509 I spent I was expecting something a little bigger with more amenities. Heck I didn’t even have an iron in my room I had to ask guest services for one

Very Good

Millenium Central Downtown is always a pleasant hotel for me to stay. Rooms are large, lighting and facilities are good, and the location is good if you have business in downtown and business bay areas. The breakfast is not remarkable. However, it was much better this time compared to my previous stay. the outdoor pool is one of the best, especially for sunbathing. the staff are nice and welcoming.

Overall, there is nothing to complain about. However, I can say that a higher-quality breakfast is expected from a hotel at this level. It is good to know that nightclubs located in the hotel are very popular and cause heavy traffic in the evening, which is something routine about the hotels in this area.

It’s a 15 to 20 minute walk to Dubai Mall and the staff is friendly and helpful

The rooms need upgrading. The pillows uncomfortable. The voices from the next door room and hallway were easily heard, which made it hard to sleep.

Great value for money & would reccomended if looking to be close to Burj Khalifa

Great value for money & would reccomended if looking to be close to Burj Khalifa & Mall without paying through the roof prices. Other than the below, no real complaints as the staff were great, rooms was perfect, pool area was nice (sun in afternoon only), breakfast was nice apart from below "issues" & as mentioned location was great. Would 100% recommend. Also offer shuttles to the Mall (albeit at a couple odd times) & even to the Beach which was great (again only 1 shuttle there early & 1 back, would be good to offer a couple more as like us, others may only want a half day at the beach).

Only SMALL complaints are: 1. The “hot food” was warm at breakfast & also was difficult to get served tea/coffee on our last day. 2. We asked for a hairdryer at reception and got an ironing board & iron. 3. We had a room on the motorway side which was a bit noisy.

For 4 star hotel in Dubai they need better quality standards!

Location is good

For a 4 star hotel of Millennium hotels chain I was disappointed. I believe the hotel doesn’t have sufficient quality assurance processes. -I asked for quiet area but was placed above a club and couldn’t sleep well for 2 nights -no hair dryer available in first room -table lamb broken doesn’t stand still in 1st and 2nd rooms -no hot water in first room even after 15 minutes of opening tab... total waste of water! And they advise to keep water flowing till I get hot water which never happened in first room. -tv was not working in second room. Had to call Maintanance to check and they found out that electricity switch underneath table was switched off which I believe room housekeeping should check before the next client checks in usually. -surfaces in general were not very clean I appreciate that the hotel upgraded me after my first complaints but even second room had issues with broken table lamb and TV. For me I don’t believe I got good value for money spent. In a city like Dubai were competition is very high, one can find way better hotel stay for the amount I paid.

This hotel located perfectly to reach burn khakifa and the Dubai mal but also easy access to the roads up north and down to Abu Dhabi

Nice bathroom view....

The staff were really nice! Really good breakfast!

Although we were on the 19th floor, we still heard the cars especially at night time when we were trying to sleep!! Also once we managed to sleep and one of the staff came knocking at 3am with room service that we did NOT order!!! Waking the 3 of us up! Also what we found very unthoughtful of the hotel, they knew that it was adults in the room, check in was at 3pm, we had a late flight, arrived at hotel at 3am and we had to wait for the extra bed...also... towels, toiletries and cups everything for 2 persons, so we had to wait again for the 3rd towel in the middle of the night! Taxis to take you somewhere close or somewhere far always the same rate 60dnr!! Will not be staying here again for sure...

- Near Dubai mall

- Near Dubai mall -ground floor have spa, nail salon and also a convenience store at the back of the hotel - shuttle service to dubai mall and jumeirah beach - staff Nabel was friendly and awesome

1. Old hotel that needs major make over 2. Celebrated our honeymoon - room given originally was near the lift so we headed to our room and the first thing we could smell was a smoke smell 3. The didn’t decorate the room only made a towel shaped as a swan and placed it on the bed 4. Ask to shift to another room (2304) but was much smaller( at least no cigarette smell but was very dusty) 5. No complimentary breakfast- even though we mention we were on our honeymoon 6. Toilet - no anti slip mat was provided! Flooring was very old 7. Dustbin was so small 8. No ironing boards 9. Tv remote had issues 10. More like 3 star Budget hotel 11. Wifi was terrible 12. Tissue box didn’t replenish 13. No body lotion 14. There was a filipino colleague who answered my call but was very rude when we asked for the nearest money changer.

Clean and good breakfasts.

Clean and good breakfasts. A short walk to the Mall but they did provide a free shuttle. Concierges were great.

Attention to detail (missing room items) not done well. Glasses, towels, had to keep asking to get things provided, and would be mucked up anyway.

breakfast had a good variety. Staff was courteous

Beds were extremely uncomfortable for the price paid. Requested a extra bed that was broken down the middle. Squeaky beds and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Asked for firm pillows but still uncomfortable. Woke up with neck aches. Our room was pretty small for business class. Upgrade the beds please ! I don’t think there’s a difference between business class rooms and standard.
